I want to personally thank you for joining me on this fast for 2024. I am hungry for more of God, I am thirsty for more of the Hoy Spirit, I am ready for Jesus to be glorified more through our church than ever before. Prayer and fasting in the lives of God’s people, have been catalysts for mighty moves of God for 1,000’s of years. Why not here? Why not now? Why not us? Below, you will see the Vision for our time of Prayer and Fasting. Each day highlighting a specific request to God. At the bottom of the page, I have also attached a few powerful resources that have helped me tremendously. I am fully expecting God to answer our prayers and send His Life-Giving, Renewing, Infilling, Mighty Breath to propel us into His glorious will. Thank you for partnering with me as we seek our Father together.

Redemption Church Dade City 2024 Fast
“The Breath Of God”
Acts 2:1 When the day of Pentecost arrived, they were all Together in One Place. And suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a Mighty Rushing Wind, and it Filled the Entire House where they were sitting.
This year, we as a church will be seeking the Life-Giving, Renewing, Infilling, Mighty Breath of God. In both the Old and New Testament, the word for Holy Spirit is wind or breath. Just as the disciple of old, we need the same Mighty Rushing Wind of God to Infill us, Renew us, and Empower us for the Kingdom work of God this year.
Prayer and Fasting has been a vital part in the lives of God’s people for over 3,000 years. From Moses to the Prophets, from Jesus to his disciples, Prayer and Fasting have led to deeper intimacy with the Father, breakthrough, and the leading and guiding of God Holy Spirit.
This year, starting Thursday, January 11th, at 6:00AM and going to Sunday, January 14th at 10:00pm I am calling us all to Fast and Pray. There is 365 days in a year and our total fast will be 88 hours, which is right at 3.65 days. Giving God the first 3.65 days of 2024 in faith that God Holy Spirit will lead and empower us all year long for His name’s sake.
Here are Four areas I want us all to seek God for in 2024.
1. A Healthy, Strong, Intimate Prayer Life.
2. A Greater Passion For The Presence Of God.
3. Unity Through Holy Spirit.
4. A Deeper Desire To Worship God With All That We Are.
Through the Life-Giving Breath of God, know this will be the Greatest year Redemption church and for each of us individually have ever seen. Thank you for joining me in the Gospel sharing, mission supporting, Kingdom work of God here at Redemption Church and in all of East Pasco.
Thursday, January 11th - A Healthy, Strong, Intimate Prayer Life.
Today, as you begin your fast, remember that fasting without prayer is ineffective and void of power. Seek God with all your heart. Speak to Jesus as if he was sitting right next to you. Take time to love the Lord with your words. Prayer can change everything.
Matthew 6:6- When you pray, go into your room, and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
James 4:8 Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.
Friday, January 12th – A Greater Passion For The Presence Of God.
Today, ask God Holy Spirit for a greater awareness of his presence in your life. Ask for a fresh wind to fall on you, so that you can feel his leading, hear his voice, and be renewed by his power like never before.
Psalms 63:1- O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water.2 So I have looked upon you in the sanctuary, beholding your power and glory. 3 Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you. 4 So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I will lift up my hands.
Acts 3: 19 Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out, 20 that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.
Saturday, January 13th - Unity Through Holy Spirit.
Today, ask God Holy Spirit to unify the Global Church of Jesus Christ, to unify the churches in West Pasco, to unify Redemption Church, and to unify every brother and sister in Christ through the supernatural Peace of God.
Ephesians 4:1- I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, 2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, 3 eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
Sunday, January 14th - A Deeper Desire To Worship God With All That We Are.
Today, spend all day giving thanksgiving to God for all of his countless blessings. Worship him in truth and sincerity. Praise him with a zealous passion.
Psalms 100:1- Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth! 2 Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing! 3 Know that the Lord, he is God! It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. 4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name! 5 For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.
